Our educational coaching sessions provide parents with guidance and resources to help them attain the best education possible for their child(ren). Our coaching sessions can be catered to individuals or families. Mr. Luis Ramirez, our Educational Coach has a vast background of knowledge across all grade levels of education Pre-K through 12th grade. Additionally, he has over twenty years of special education experience and can guide parents through the processes that are involved in attaining an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
We also offer educational coaching for future school administrators. Mr. Luis Ramirez has been a mentor to many aspiring administrators and continues to work with them in the first years of their careers. Our sessions cover various school administrator topics.
They include but are not limited to - Parent Communications and Relationship Building, Creating and Maintaining a Positive School Climate and Culture, Equity and Diversity, What to Expect as a Building Administrator, Restorative Practices, and General Problem-Solving.
What is an Educational Consultant?
An Educational Consultant is a consultant who helps parents/students and organizations with educational planning. An EC offers similar services to school counselors, but is normally self-employed or employed by consulting firms, while school counselors are employed by schools.
What does an Educational Consultant do?
Educational consultants advise educators, parents and schools on teaching styles and educational strategies that can improve students' learning. Where some professionals in this field work with schools or school districts, others work directly with students and their families.
