Lisa is a Certified Health Coach who inspires individuals, partners, families, and anyone seeking optimal health to live their best life! Lisa believes every person deserves to feel good about themselves and can be successful in this pursuit without dieting! Lisa’s education on nutrition, exercise and making healthy food choices allows clients to feel confident in making the necessary changes needed in their unique lives. Lisa believes understanding a person’s story is key in understanding how a person perceives a “Healthy Lifestyle.” Lisa’s approach as a health coach is to first identify the client’s strengths and then explore challenges related to health, including nutrition, exercise and overall mindset.


A wise woman who lived to be 106, once told Lisa, “Live in moderation mode.” Lisa never forgot this statement and interpreted this message to mean eat moderately, exercise moderately, even work moderately! Balance is the key to a happy life! Lisa realizes first-hand the challenges that one experiences in finding balance in nutrition, exercise, and maintaining a healthy mindset. Lisa lost her husband at 40 to cancer and faced many life challenges while raising four children on her own. However, Lisa feels the loss allowed her life to transition and take her on a new journey. Lisa realized the true meaning behind, “Live in moderation mode,” and left the hustle and bustle of life at the door. Lisa wants you to know you’re not alone. She is here to help you explore what obstacles you may be facing, and support you in creating your best life!
