Women's Circle

A women’s circle is a group for women to share and explore, empower, build skills, and encourage one another to live authentically in mind, body, heart, and spirit. For five consecutive weeks, the circle offers meaningful discussions, creative arts, and skill building activities with a focus on topics and issues that are relevant to their lives. Whether you're embarking on a new career and need support with resume writing, financial budgeting or feel inspired to learn a new hobby or join a new club, our coaches are ready to meet you exactly where you are! The team at Alley Breeze Wellness is ready to support women of all ages and backgrounds including women in college, life transitions, careers, and caregivers. Our next circle begins this fall!

Reset Your Mindset & Mindfulness Matters

If you’re like many of us and looking for ways to decrease stress at home or in the workplace, Alley Breeze Wellness is happy to support you and your staff with this two session workshop! 

#1 Reset Your Mindset Goals:

  1. Introduce educational background of stress and how it affects our physiological, physical, and psychological responses and overall wellbeing.
  2. Teach effective ways to challenge cognitive distortions and empower all individuals to become more responsive and less reactive.
  3. Practice simple techniques to help us emotionally regulate when triggered by stress and increase a healthier mindset. 


#2 Mindfulness Matters Goals:

  1. Introduce the meaning and components of mindfulness, the essential ingredients of mindfulness, as well as understand what it is not.
  2. Educate that mindfulness is all about attentional control and attentional regulation and has been scientifically proven and integrated in various contexts including educational and clinical practices.
  3. Teach the importance of the now, the present moment as it plays a central role in mindfulness and how we perceive and interact with our families, friends, coworkers, and the world.
  4. Practice exercises that will support us in cultivating attention to the present moment, differentiate thoughts from facts and explore how mindfulness has a specific relationship with our thoughts.
